    Book or a dvd?

I been working out for a couple of years and making my good gains slowly but surely. Anyhow anyone have a good book or dvd to recommond for working out? Sometimes I go in there and still feel lost when it comes to certain days like back, what I should and shouldn't be wasting my time on. Any help would be app.

Try P90X. A few of the members here have screened it. I incorporate some of the exercises into my routine.
