    Training legs/Cardio?

Now that i'm trying to cut some weight and doing cardio every day I feel like my legs are suffering from it because they never get to rest. How do you guys handle this? I'm thinking about taking a day off from cardio following my leg day every week. I'm not worrying about my legs losing size at all i'm just thinking that i'm overtraining them as the never have a chance to recuperate.

7 Days a week of High + Low intensity cardio?
How many days do you lift a week?
    What are your stats?
    What are your goals?
How long have you been training this way for?
How many times do you lift weights for legs a week?

This will help me determine if you are going about things wrong or not.
