    Lightbulb does cardio burn muscle?

    so i was checking out another forum that is sponsor from ifbb pro's and some 1 said voted the starmaster as the best cardio machine to work on.. and alot of ppl voted that the staremaster burns muscle is that true what do U guys think? and what will be the best for cardio to do that burns fat not muscle?

    It's all about the heart rate...I always found incline walking at a low speed to be the best in preseving muscle.

    under 70% is aerobics (primarily using fat as your energy source as opposed to high intensity (anaerobic) evercise) its correct, all about the HR

    for most people, use a talk test to determine(have a convo with yourself for a minute or so, if you start panting then you need to slow down)

    yep, thats a basic measurement as well.. you should be able to hold a conversation while doing low intensity cardio

    or check your BPM. Real easy. Count your BPM for 15 seconds and time it by 4. You cant count 15 seconds off your watch or ipod
