My workout. Am i doing the right thing.
just wonderin if im doing the right thing im training to lean up more rather than get bigger. here is my routine . . .
'3Sets-8to12reps - 80%+ 1RM'
MONDAY ''Quads + Chest + Bicepts ''
Squats
Chest Press Flat
Leg Press
Chest Incline
Bicept Curl
Chest Flyes
Bicept cables
WEDNESDAY ''Calfs + Shoulders + Abs''
Calf Raises
Shoulder Press
Upright Row
Seated Calf Raises
Lateral Raises
Prone Flyes
Sit Ups With Weight
Sit Ups With Twist
FRIDAY ''Hamstrings + Back +Tricepts''
Deadlift
Wide Grip Pull Ups
Leg Curls
Close Grip Pull Ups
Bent Over Rows
Seated Cable Rows
Tricept Rope Extension
Dips
i try to do more compound exercises more than anything for more core work and colorie burn.i hated doing leg days ''i know i know''. i missed it out alot so i spread it out into my routine so now i have no choice but to do them . ill admit i dont do cardio but i will start a regular routine. . . im wondering do i have PWO nutrition then start cardio or do cardio in the morning and train weights in mid day / evenings. i just need advice and opinions to help me reach my goals . . . also if i need tweaking or if i need a full new programme ?

I don't like anything about the routine. If u want a three day split there's better ways to do it.
Monday chest/tris
Incline db press
Flat db press
Decline bench
Skull crushers
Tricep pulldowns
Wednesday legs/bi's
Squats
Leg press
Deadlift
Leg ext
Leg curls
Standing bb curl
Alt hammer curl
Chin ups
Preacher curl
Friday back/shoulder

Reverse pec deck

I really don't like three day splits. I feel like legs should have there own day. Something like....
Mon chest/tri
Tues back
Wed legs
Thurs shoulder/bi's

I'm a little fvcker. I'm 6' 180 lbs about 11%bf. I'm gonna stay lean for the summer and try to bulk to around 195 over this coming winter. I started out at 140lbs and at one point dropped from 185 down to 160 due to a shoulder injury. I put the 20lbs back on over this past winter. I've learned that a proper diet will pack pounds on like no other. What are your stats and goals?

im shorter than you im a midget ha , 5 '6 // 200lbs // 15%bf my goal is to get under 10% and then put weight on without too much bf% and then lean up again but be heavier with les than 10% again then just carry on doing the same really. yeah diet is most important i just got a good diet from the diet section.
