    for rear delts i set up the adjustable cable machine just lower than my elbow, using the single handle. stand upright and facing the machine and perform a reverse flye movement. my rear delts ache like mad the next day. and pressing behind the neck causes rotator cuff injurys.

    Reverse pec deck is what I use for rear delts.......I also do bent over lateral raises.........My shoulders need more growth also........I want my traps to be even with my ears......

    LOL 100% correct, behind the neck uses less rear delts and more front so doing this would be counter productive for improving lagging rear's
