    What to do - muscle pain

    I been doing really good with my heavy lifts but over the past week i have been having pain in my right lower bicep into the forearm area. I have only been doing on set of bicep during the week so i dont feel its over training. I also feel the pain when not directly hitting the muscle like pull-ups and such. I have taken off since thur but i still feel the soreness in only that one arm.

    Can you describe the type of pain?

    Does it hurt for instance when picking up light things or doing other daily activities?

    I think I have the EXACT same pain. It's bearable but it's def. there. Is yours right at the inside of your elbow? I've been working thru it and it's not enough to stop working out but I'm keeping a close eye on it to make sure it doesn't get any worse.

    I took a week and a half off and it seems better. Gonna go light this week and see how it feels.

    Would it be possible that you may have pulled it during a heavy deadlift etc??? making a slight tear at the connection to to forearm.

    Possible. I might stay away from deads and pull-ups this week. Just some light curls to see how it feels.
