How much weight in a month?
How much weight is normal to win in a month. I don't mean that I want to win 10 pounds in just a month. But I would like to know how much weight is normal, maintaining almost your current bf%.
I'm sorry if I'm not clear, I'm latino and my englhis is just not perfect.

Alban it depends on what you are eating and what supplements you are taking. If you are taking a PH/DS or AAS then you might be able to gain 15-20lbs in a month, however a lot of this weight will be water and some actual muscle I would say 90/10 ratio. If you are not taking any Supps and just eating then you have to figure out how many calories you need to maintain your current weight and then you have to find out how much you need to gain. If just using food as a supplement I would think you can gain at least 1- 1 1/2 lbs of lean muscle...Gaining muscle is a very hard thing to do without gaining some fat and keeping your current BF. Good luck with your goals and lift some heavy weight!!!
