Hey there fellow lifters,
I have been sent here after being told by some people that I could reach my goals with some better diet and workout plans. Currently I am sitting at 190 lbs and 5ft 9. Supplements are:

Fat burner (commercial)
fish oil & multivitamin.

pre & post workout w/ BCAA

creatine on off days

whey protein along with ZMA at night.


I am looking at thinning out and round my muscles. Currently at 15 % body fat and do not mind doing fasting cardio with lifting in the evening. My current workouts have been off the internet from MP.
