Cutting workout question
Stats
Age - 27
Weight 220 lbs give or take
BF% no idea, will post a pic
Height- 5'11"
I just came off cycle about 2 weeks ago and will start pct on the 5th of Jan. 500mg Test, 400mg Deca per week for 10 weeks.
My question is that in March I will start cutting, I have the diet down for the most part but I HATE straight cardio. However, I play a lot of basketball. Is there a way I can minimize lean mass loss while using basketball as my cardio? Should I keep my sessions shorter or take in extra glutamine or something along those lines?

I bet that if you played bb 5 days a week for a few hours per day would be like doing HIIT which is very effective for fat loss.
I agree 100% with the straight cardio thing. Being on the treadmill for longer than 45 min and be very boring.
Also, I would take some bcaas before playing or sipping on them while playing then having a whey shake after the game....just my 2 cents...
