Am now on my first week of 500mg/w Test-E.
Last few months i have been cutting quite a bit with 45min-1hour easy walking cardio before breakfast and 20-30 min powerwalk post workout. 5 split program. I also do 1 hour easy cardio walk on rest days before breakfast, this with 3200 cal a day.
I am eating 4100 cal a day now, and my cardio routine is something i would like to continue with.
Will this amount of cardio affect muscle gain in any drastic matter?
