Need to know how to structure my workout for the week
I’ve noticed that I get more out of resting one week after workout than repeat every 3-4 days. so I need to know how to schedule my workout for the week. for example if i workout my chest on Monday, then my next workout will be the following Monday, etc...
I workout the following muscle,
Shoulders
Biceps
Chest
Triceps
Back
Legs
I do abs every 3 days
Morning cardio 6-7 days a week
PWO cardio after every workout

first off STAY AWAY FROM DOING CHEST ON MONDAY!!!! everyone with a gym membership does chest on monday.
how many days you looking to workout 3? 4? 5? 6?
that will help us figure somthing out

LMFAO omg this is so true, everybody does chest on mondays
legs are the best to do monday in a gym, squats bars always desserted, chest is awesome on a friday, again bench press is desserted
how about a split like
monday: legs
tuesday: chest
wednesday:rest
thursday: back
friday: shoulder, triceps
saturday: biceps, calves
sunday: rest

okay, reporting back. no good! i thought by giving my body to rest for longer time would help, but it only helped with my joints, all muscles suffered size and strength with the exception of my chest. i need to restructure my workout leaving chest once a week but the others have to be twice a week which seemed to work for me in terms of muscle growth. so please help me structure my week workout. thanks,
