need some help from anyone!!!
in two weeks i will be on my rest week, does anyone have a good routine for that week which will enable me to lift but not really train the muscles. also, if anyone has any information for a good ab workout routine?? thanks

If I'm not liftn and tryn to recover a bit. I like to go to the park and do sum hangn leg raises, dips, pullups, run sprints, or watch fit tv and do sum that stretching and yoga. Mostly body sculpting I like its low impact and hard as hell. Or just find a hot chick and bang the hell outa er. Then get a couple good rub downs. Then good to go.

maybe just use a 15 lb dumbell and do a whole body part workout, like curls,rows,kickbacks,lunges,presses etc
high reps ofcourse
