I am 19 recently diagnosed with UC doc says I need to be healthier. I am 5'11 195 pounds 19 years old, My goal Is to push myself to 175(more or less) by may if possible. I need the best workout I can get on if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it, my goal is to get back my flat stomach maybe even some abbs, and achieve a tone look yet bulky in places like the arms. I understand this may not be possible in the listed time span from today to may but I want to push myself and see where it takes me.
