My weakest points by far are chest and arms. My strong points are Legs and shoulders; my back is neither bad nor excellent. 5'8 180 13% fat. I have always trained heavy and with a semi power lifting style so I would still like to have squats and deads in my routine since they are my favorite exercises but I would like to bring up the weak points for a bodybuilding competition. Any input on designing a split would be great.
