9.50 for me. I know a personal trainer at 24 hour so I got the hook up. That is an all club membership for life. Actually, it is 19.00 a month, but my work pays half.

I pay 35.95 a month to goto the local gym. They are currently in the middle of adding a third story and an additional 18,300 square feet of space. Right now they are sitting at 50,000 square feet.

NYSC is $109, Crunch is $129, NY Health and Raquetteball is $139, Chelsea Piers is $139. I wouldn't go to Bally's because they suck, and Synergy sucks.

    i go to Synergy.....

Bottom line is you have to find a gym that meets your needs. It has to be open hours that fit into your schedule, have equipment that you like, and be an environment that you feel comfortable in. I dont really consider price because I spend so much time there I get more than my money's worth.

i worked out there for a week before. never saw so many famous people in one spot before. or so many ripped people... James Caan was there working out with Ray Liotta. i kept getting in Caans way to see if their PT would say something. but Caan just laughed at me.

i just joined a new gym after moving to another state.

It costs me $50 per yr for me and my family to go

Open 24/7. Which is important cause i work on a roster of 3 days, 3 nights then 6 off. so i train at really strange times.

Its pretty basic, but everything i need, ****loads of weight, good solild benches, squat racks and power racks.

Plenty of massive guys there, but noone of bodybuilding quality which is a pity
