    "On cycle" work out routine

    what is the best routine when on cycle? split or full body?

    in my opinion split. if you are ready to run a cycle i think the benefits of full body routines have already been reached. but a lot of old school bodybuilders swear by them. guess i'm not as old school as i thought lol. good luck let us know what you decide

    Train to suit your goals, not to suit your cycle. There is no "magical" training routine while "on". You should be busting your ass in the gym and aiming for your goals whether your pumping yourself full of synthetic hormones or not.
