    Exclamation Labouring work and training

Ok guys, Ive recently started a job being a landscapers labourer, im a pretty big guy 6ft1 125kg, not ripped bit of a gut but i bench 140kg 3x10 to give you an idea, im not too interested in cutting yet i want to get as big as I can first. Anyway, Im up at 6am and home by 6pm every day doing usual labourers things like carrying hundreds of bricks up stairs, im constantly on my feet and constantly moving basically. I Just want to know if any of you guys have somewhat hit a wall when starting a labouring job in regards to training, because im ruined by the end of the day and in the gym im only able to lift ~75% of what I usually am. Am I doomed for muscle "catabolism" and killing any bulk gains? Will my body become used to my job and will I be able to train hard out again? please help out guys!!

Prepare foods in containers the night before. Utilize protein/bcaa drinks throughout the day and stay very hydrated. I've done construction before, it's not as bad as you think if you heed the advice above.

Same, i do construction work often. You need to EAT, and i mean EAT, add 1000-2000 calories to your normal bulking diet.

Agreed I'm and bricklayer and before a hodcarrier..Food every 2-3 hours have all you food ready the night before..and for me 300-400 g carbs a day..Come home 30 nap pre-workout, usually some caffeine involved, then off to tear up the gym.
