I'm just wondering if any studying has been done to find the sweetspot (if there is one) on return on investment for cardio activity. What I would really like to know is what is the sweetspot for losing fat and is there a point where your not really getting any more benifet?

IE:
If you do a light 30 min jog 4 times a week and you were able to lose 1 lb a week if that was upped to a 60 min jog 4 times a week would you lose 2 lb? 1.5? etc...

I would have to imagine there is a point where your not getting the same results. If not maybe we could do light cardio for 3 hours 4 days a week and get very lean very quick.

Any thoughts?
