something wrong with my form!
hey friends, this is not a workout question.
But lately every exercise I seem to perform is only targeting my delt and neck muscle.
It seems all the pain is going right in my neck.
By the way, I ve been doing squats, deadlit, bicep&tricep curl with dbells, and leg press.
Help with suggestiopn

youre hurt...something is biomechanically off. Sounds like the top portion of your spine is compensating for something pretty serious down below. Id recommend seeing a Dr or a chiropractor.

I was having something similar happen to me involving my lower back though. Saw a chiropractor and my hip flexors are so freaking tight I only have a 5 degree movement in my gate. Normal is 25 degrees. Not sure how it happened but I am getting it treated now. Never had much faith in chiropractors before because they were only after your money because they would want to see you 50 times to fix something. I have a completely different opinion abiut them now.
