I don't think that it is accomplishing what you are saying it should, also there are so many other factors to consider. What are your stats, ht/wt/age/lifting experience? What are your goals for the cycle? What is your diet?

It isn't just rep counts that accomplish the results, it's intensity level, also without knowing your exact program, specific lifts/poundages/rest periods etc..., I have no idea if you are over training or under training.

i think your over thinking this and using advanced tecniques like supersetting when you should really just do the basic compound movments one or two body parts a day with progressive resistance rather than worying about how many reps and such...you must learn to walk before you start running...my 2 cents...

Wow, so many problems. If you haven't started your "cycle" then absolutely do not start it. What are you even thinking at your age... Anyway, are you seriously only working out m/w/f and arms alone wed and no legs??????
And what the heck is the 3 high rep/3 low rep stuff, who wrote this for you???

Post some pics, and if you are on cycle then tell us what exactly that is and let me fix your program before you go to the gym monday. Also go to the diet section and enroll in the thread for "remote trainer challange".

    diets all good
as for my age im eld enough
i do legs on a friday
its basically a light version of arnys programme
my cycle is just over a week in
    week 1-4 d-bol 30mg e,d
    week 1-10 test-e 500mg e,w
and might run anavar last 5 weeks 60mg e,d
    so far so good
and the 3 weeks high reps is to add more size and the 3 week low rep is for strength

I disagree with you being "old enough"

I disagree with it being a good program.

Sounds to me like you didn't want knowledgable advice at all, but just wanted everyone to praise and support you.

Good luck with all of it.
