decline done on shoulder say ?? reasoning ? i would think that if anything, the incline would be more taxing on your shoulders than decline (which hits more tricep)

I like to start with incline and go to flat to hit the major and minor hard to start off. I like decline on shoulder day and combine it with military press. yes I agree shoulder gets hit really well on incline. But Like I am looking to switch things up to put on some mass so i may try flat and decline and go incline and scratch military and just do shoulder press. You think incline flys on chest would still be good? or just do all incline sets on shoulder day?

Have you ever done crazy eights on a bench? I work them in from time to time on incline and decline, they will tear you up and spit you out if done properly.

Load eight 10's on bar and rep out on each one stripping them as you go. You must complete the most reps possible per mini-set. For example:

    8 tens on bar: 15x1
    7 tens on bar: 15x1
    6 tens on bar: 12x1
    etc.
    etc.
until your working with just the bar.

wow, ive never even thought bout doing crazy 8's for chest. ive done them for bis but never chest. tonight is chest so i think i know what im doing lol. also if you have hit a wall in ur gains, just do different things. i mean, the crazy 8 idea is a great idea but everyones body is different, so it might not work. just get a list of a bunch of workouts people do and start trying them. for instance for flat i do dumbbells, a set of 10, set of 8, then raise weight for another set of 8 then a set of 6.. for some people this doesnt work, for me, its been great. just think of it as trial and error.lol. if you try someones workout and u start to get a negative effect, go back to what you were doing before then try again. there are so many workouts to try and so many sources for research, u better get started now.lol also, def change up the decline on shoulder day.. i dont really even understand that one. i mean, if u feel the majority in your shoulders, your form might be off just alittle. just my opinions.lol. but do some searching and you will find some amazing workouts that will def help you out.
