    Question on grip training

    I got those captain of crush stuff at home and wondering how often a week i can use them ?

    I've got the whole set from when I was training for strongman. I used to train with them twice a week. I know some people who train with them like 5 times a week. I personnally think its too much, you get alot of grip training just by doing a heavy back workout if you're not using straps for example (deadlifts, shrugs etc). And of course got a hell of a big workout from the strongman training (farmers walk, static holds, heavy sled pulling with 2 and half inch boat rope etc) Was a hair away from closing the #3 at my best.
