    need chest lifting advice

Im looking for a good workout for the inner pec and upper pec area... i squeeze everytime i do incline DB or flys... but i need something to really hurt the middle of my chest. The outside of my chest is massive compared to the inner pec... so anyone know any good lifts etc..?

Regarding your upper chest, you might want to consider starting with Incline Bench/DBs as oppose to Flat Bench/DBs (assuming that's what you do). It can be a pretty hard muscle to develop, but this way your attacking it fresh with as much weight as you can. As far as your inner pec, people might come up with some exercises that they say help it, but IMO your inner pecs will fill out with your overall chest development. Just continue to improve your diet and lifting regimen and don't stress about it. If you want further advice it may help to post a chest routine.

    Chest-

15 warm up Flat Bench ....then 10,8,8(fail),6(fail),4(fail)

    Incline DB 8,8(fail),8(fail),8(fail)

    Heavy machine flys 10,8(fail),8(fail),8(fail)

    Weighted dips 12, 10, 8(fail), 8(fail)

Thats about it... I just started doing cable crossovers.. they feel pretty good at the end of my chest routine
