Hey friends, my new workout style.

First, I stretch, then I start warm up with cardio or jogging until I sweat like
    I just took shower.

Then I beging workingout with light weights only the following exercise on

day 1 lower :squat, leg press, leg extension, calf (donkey)

    day 2 upper: chest incli-decline, pullup,military press,
    biceps,tricep, wrist curl,

The style her i work out with "Light weights" after I "Sweat off" all the toxic out of my boddy.

Can I ask why you're doing such high reps? Are you straining at all or is it just light weight and easy reps all the time?

save your energy for the weights. do light warm up to prevent injuries, not like ''you just took a shower'' if you want to do cardio, you can do 15-20 mins afterwards.

also you should be doin heavy weight on squats or ATG squats with lower weight.

    I agree with ProBody..

Its ok to warm up and get a little sweat going (5-10 mins in the most ive ever needed). Save the majority of your energy for the weights man. Then if you are set on doing cardio till you "sweat like you just took a shower" then hit it after your weight training. Studies have shown that this is a better attack and burning fat. Raise up the weight some. What is your definition of high reps? Use a weight that you can handle with good form and be able to complete 8-10 reps with.
