Need a good back work out
iv got my diet looking good thanks to people on this site
so now i want to get my lifting sorted...
my back day is one day that i never had a set routine for, i would just do what ever machine was free really
so i somebody could post up their back work out to give me an idea.. that would be great!!

Here's my back workout:
5 sets wide-grip chins alternated with narrow-grip chins every-other-week.
3 sets bent-over barbell rows
3 sets dumbell rows
5 sets deadlifts

i do a few good heave lat pull downs, use good form and control the weight and go down intensly, but back up slowly in control. t-bar rows. pullups(if your back is strong do weighted pullups). ive been doing bent over barbell rows laying on an incline bench to take the stress off my lower back. if your back is somewhat strong get lifting straps cause your hands will mostly likely tire before your back will.
