    workout question from female member

    what do you all think of this workout? i am 44 5'5" female i weigh almost 180 would like to lose 30 lbs in the next 6 months.. the catch is.. i have cfids.. and or adrenal fatigue and some "low level virius- which cause cfids" moving around my system.. i have been trying to train for years in the gym.. and in some ways i am getting stronger.. i can bench 60lbs 12 reps for 4 sets.. but i get exhausted and often sick.. thinking of changing my rotuine.. and need help .. western medicine is failing me.. thanks i saw this on some website.. i am not sure i can go that intensity.. my doc is saying no more than 20mins a day : ( my ego can't handle it.. thanks again

    what do folks think of this routine?
    Mon- Low rep-HEAVY total body lifting, 20 min HIIT
    Tue- 45 min Cardio
    Wed- High rep-LIGHT total body lifting (plyo style) 20 min HIIT
    Thu- 45 min Cardio
    Fri- Moderate total body lifting, 20 min HIIT
    Sat- 45 min Cardio
    Sun- REST

    Why are you going heavy do you wont to build muscle? Go to the diet section and get this in order first,I think you wont to tone so this would be high reps low weight,also what is your heart rate when you are doing your cardio,you could do your cardio after your workout and do this over four day ie mon,tues,thur,fri, rest days are just as important.

    thanks scorpion for writing, actually I do want to build muscle,...and maybe it would help if i got rid of some of the "overweight too" I found a great food protocol somewhere on this site and i am trying to follow.. i dont know where it was though.. I have to be careful with the cardio but i am trying to get back to doing 20mins a day or everyother day.. and will see if i can build up.. i have some immune issue.. and too much can make myself really sick.. i need to go back to the diet section.. thanks
