    Online Personal Trainer

Does anybody know of a good place to find online help in regards to personal training? Im currently deployed in afghanistan, and im looking to really knock down a good 3 month lifting program. I dont mind paying. I really would just like the help of a professional to help with workout programs, tracking progress, and answering nutritional questions from time to time. Please let me know if any such thing exists.

As I'm sure you already know, this forum complex is great for self-research and can be a good source of advice when needed. Its not here to do everything FOR YOU.

how much can one possibly help online?
Only thing i can see someone helping with is routines, diet, and supplement help which all can be done on here.

One thing I really stress is fixing postural deficiancies.

If you wanted help with that I am more than willing to help.

NCCPT certified. Extensive NASM research but haven't taken test due to cost.

I know what you mean about posture. Years before I really knew about bodybuilding I did what others who had some decent size did. It lead to me getting bigger yeah but i didnt get the body i was looking for until i focused more on posture. Only then did it all start coming together. From that point on my muscle development begin to impress me.

Shoot just eat as healthy as you can there and hit the gym everyday, you aint got anything better to do. Also if you just read on here and sit down and make your workout and start from there and just keep adjusting it. A online personal trainer wont help much since you eat what the chow hall has. Just keep it clean and workout

im a qualified PT also (sport science degree level), i'd be wary of those flashy websites. PT's are a minefield, ive worked with some awful lying b@stards who couldnt train a dog to bark. go for one with a lengthy successful competitive sports back ground.

also wouldnt be easy to coach someone over the net, an inch of movement the right way whilst performing an exercise makes a big diff, and can only be assessed in person
