Cutting/Light Bulking Routine/Tightening Loose Skin - Any Advice?
Age, Bodyweight/fat
21 years old, 6'4'' 215 lbs and fat% is unknown but most likely high.
Training Experience
I've been weight training since I was about 16 years old. My workouts have been on and off but I would not say they have been consistent.
Goals
I'm not looking to get HUGE, I'd like to cut a lot/tighten things up, and put on a little bit of bulk.
Existing/Previous Injuries
I've torn a muscle in my right pectoral, which I am still trying to recover from. It has made my ability to lift decrease greatly.
I was at 298 lbs a few years ago. I quickly dropped down to 168 (living in China), and now I'm back up to about 215. I'd like to trim up, as well as tighten up as much of my loose skin as possible. I believe my rapid weight loss is the greatest reason for my extra skin.
I'm not currently cycling, but I've already made the decision to cycle. I know being 21 I am on the younger end for AAS use. I'm thinking about using a stack of the following,
Anavar /Tren /Deca
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I will work on getting photos uploaded as soon as possible.

I would also like to add, I've been consistent with my lifts lately, but I'm not seeing a whole lot of results. I've gotten my diet pretty much down where I'd like it. Because I'm still trying to cut, I have not been consuming a large amount of calories. I'm keeping my weight stable, and trying to tighten up what I already have. I know AAS requires a lot of discipline to use properly, and I've been making all the efforts (dieting, consistent exercise, etc) for about a year now.
