dynamic workouts and then muscle building?
hay guys, this question has been hanging around me for a while now, wondering if i could get some help on it. say i was doing dynamic box squats, 10 sets of 65% of my max for 2 reps. when im done with all those sets, can i move onto other exercises like front squats and do reps between 8-12 or will that be defeating the purpose of my dynamic workout? thanks guys
