    Presses and range of motion....

Particularly shoulder presses, (barbell behind the neck, front, or dumbell), should I bring the bar to my shoulders? or dumbells? all the way down, or down to the point that my upper arms are parallel to the floor, and why??

I do both....little bit lighter weight, i run it deep. Once getting into the heavy range i be careful and go to where it feels comfortable and natural. I dont go behind my neck for anything. Just my preference though.

Example on straight bar military...warm up 135-185...run it deep to touch the chest and feel the stretch. Once 225-275, i bring it down to around chin area.
