I am actually posting this thread because I was asked as a favor to look into a work out plan for my girl friend, so I figured what better place then here?
The goal is to lose some body fat, and just tighten up a little bit. She is about 120 lbs, and 5"6; she doesn't have much to lose as it is. She has done "CrossFit" before and did not like how bulky it made her. She just wants to keep a petite figure, gain a little bit of lean muscle, and get rid of some fat. If someone knowledgable could please recommend me a weekly work out, or even a full diet to go alone with it I would really appreciate it. Thank you guys!
