Late night Cardio...
So occasionally I do some late night cardio...but I was wondering, should I do a casein shake after my cardio/before bed? Or should I go to bed on an empty stomach seeing as I had a shake before my cardio....Just one of those late night questions...thanks

Personally, I would take the shake out from pre cardio and do a casein shake afterwards before bed. You should have plenty in the tank from eating throughout the day. Casein is a slow digesting protein best used before bed

definitely eat after you cardio, i would possibly even add some carbs after

Precontest I have done night time cardio for weeks on end and gone to bed on an empty stomach. Not fun but effective.

I cant sleep on a empty stomach.
