Hey everyone, I am looking to change my workout up a bit and have decided to go more for overall strength and athleticism than looking huge this time lol
I was wondering if anyone had any good exercises?

Im thinking squats deads cleans thrusters bench.. you know Olympic style lifts plus cardio (row machine and jogging) anyone got anything to add that might help out?
Ohh just incase it matters ill be running var either 50 or 100 mgs/d depending on how much i can afford.
