Qualty of a bodybuilding workout
I have been using the Muscle and Strength's 4 Day Power Muscle Burn Workout Split. Now I really want to increase the size of my biceps along with the weight of my bench press. I do not really care about the rest too much but would like a adequate body. Is this workout a quality routine? Should I find a different routine that revolves better around upper body or should I add another bicep/chest day in. Thanks!

lower bench weight, concentrate on form and solid reps
try to lengthen your body parts throughout the week concentrate on one muscle per wo and just relly tear that 1 muscle up good ( don't emphasis on 1 muscle over others.. chest for ex.)
try a de-load for a week or so if nothing else

^^^^^agree, also focus on your big 3 compound lifts, make them heavy with perfect form.
