No Offense, but it doesn't look like you lift very much or have been at it for a long period of time. You may need to eat more, just better. Do thier is no substitute for lifting. I should say lifting properly with good form and controlled movements.

Butterflies. Incline bench . Flat bench will form the chest muscles. Between that and improving your diet you'll be on your way.

first thing you need to do is sort diet and start doing some cardio
