Hey guys, been working out now for 1 year, just started a cycle 2 weeks ago. In that time I think ive did about 2 cardio sessions 15mins each. (Embarrasing I know).. But as of next week I shall be doing it on my days off doing weights and if I have time do a little bit on my weight days. How much shall I do? I was thinking stairmaster and punchbag. Also what are the benefits in bodybuilding? Obviously I know the benefits of being fit. How much would hurt my gains? Thanx..
