Question Massive Calf Cramp When i Run...

-Ok so i know theres tons of info on this cramping topic & what to do & stuff to take to help, but this cramp is only in my left calf & its actually the thin muscle running up & down the side of the shin bone. What happens is i hop on the treadmill & within 5 min both calfs are cramping. After another 5 min, my right calf cramps completely go away BUT the left on gets worse & worse untill the pain is no longer tolerable or the muscle seemingly locks up!!

-Ok so heres what i did & took to prepare for my workout, a good amount of water & stretching, 6+ grams of Taurine, 1g of vit-c, 1g of magnesium, popped 4 potassium pills, 3gs of citrulline malate, 2250mgs of Beta Alanine, 500mgs of Agmatine, 200mgs caffeine, 5mg of liquid Albuterol, 5mgs of GW-501516, 800mgs of ibuprofin, & other micro nutrients & common supps. I also stretched & massaged in muscle rub 2hrs before my run & then again right before my workout. Now this is my biggest effort to date & yet the same thing still happened!!

-Im 6'0, 255lbs, 35yrs old, im not on any ASS but will change that as soon as i get my cramping issue out of the way.

-So please reply if u know of a remedy that i didnt mention on here...

WOW someone else feels my pain! I am 6'1 243lbs and 36 years old. I am currently on a cycle test tren and var. I have no idea as well. Atleast i know now its not the cycle doing it to me. I get the same exact thing. when i start running the lactic acid builds so badly my calves becomes huge! and very painful and i have to stop. they literallly lock up on me too. What i did one time to combat the situation was to walk moderately fast on the treadmill at like 8.0 incline so my calves stretched out for about 20mins. i when i thought it was enough i then brought the treadmill back down to .5 incline and started my run. i was able to run 2 miles with no problems and could even run longer. however i tried the same thing the other day and it didnt quite work for me this time around maybe cause i didnt give myself enough time. but i would like to hear anyone elses input. I think maybe my situation was that i was going for size and i didnt run for the past year and a half and now my calves cannot handle the weight i gainned. should have kept up the run as i gained

I've used my zapping machine that I got for rehab before and after my jog and it works for me, before the machine I religiously used the base gym's hot tub after runs it helped too
