When to stop bulk and cut.

A little background first . I started REALLY lifting about 2 years ago.
    I was 5'10" - 146lbs and now sit around 175lbs.
I've always been pretty skinny just got tired of it.
My original goal was 170lbs but has since changed to 190lbs.
I eat relatively good and I burn a lot of cals at my job everyday.
So my question is at what point do you stop the bulk and cut?
I have started to get a little lower belly fat if I flex you can still see abs are there.
I'm just wondering what is to much of a belly and at what point to cut??

It's really your call man. It depends on your individual goal. A lot of people alternate from cutting and bulking constantly

I wish I don't think I'll ever hit 220 . I'll be lucky to hit 200 so that's what I'm shooting for after my first cycle.

I think its what your comfortable with. I used to be kinda crazy about my appearance which is why I started lifting. But I hated the body fat. I was so self concious about it, I was cut bulk cut bulk. I was spinning my tires and going nowhere. Now I put on size as long as possible before I cut. And also learned to eat more clean so I don't have to cut nearly as much .
