Uneven arm size
I have been working out consitantly for about the last 6 months and I have noticed that my left side (weak side) is bigger than my right side (dominant side). When I first started working out my arms were the same size. Then a quarter different, then half, and now there a whole inch different. And I can tell that my chest on my left side is bigger than the right. How can I change my workouts to even everything out. On the plus side my arms have grown a lot but just not evenly. I was at 14/14 now I'm at 17/16. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Use dumbbells to even it out, it'll help make sure they are both producing the same workload.

This isn't uncommon. I'm actually bigger on my left (weak) side as well... and it's not just my arms. Quads, lats... all uneven, in favor of the left side. Probably much more noticeable to you than others. Nobody is scrutinizing you as much as you are yourself. Always gotta keep that in mind!

also bigger on left (weaker) here..arms probably a half to a whole bigger if you measure peak and several years of almost primarily dumbells and WAY better but i doubt my right bicep will ever be peaked like the left....but yeh, pecs too

Try aiming for free weights as opposed to machines. Dumbbells are the best tools to even things out. With machines, your dominant side likes to kick in
