Anyone's else noticed this and is there much you can do?
Okay I used too be a tiny 5'11 159lbs with a mean set of abbs but they like set on top of my belly looked greate when flexed..but from the side in the relaxed position my stomach stuck out past my chest.. I know it's due to genetics..I'm bulking now and 202lbs.. I work out full body.. And have noticed of course my stomach still sticks out past my chest when relaxed .you can still see my abbs even tho all the weight gain and over 5000 calories Aday when flexed..it's getting harder too do crunches almost like one solid plate in my stomach..I know it's genetics it seems like this is more comen in black men?? What's yaks opinions? And will vaccuum exercises help this with any significance?
