    To much at once???

Hey guys, Im thinking about starting a new training split. This split will fit my schedule alot better by allowing me to hit each body part once per week, and includes one day of rest.

    Delts, Bis, Tris.

    Quads, Hams, Calves.

    Chest, Back.

    Off day

I work a 24 on 48 off schedule and do cardio and abs at work. Sometimes crossfit workouts.

My main question is: Is delts, bis, and tris to much for one day?
    Thanks

If you can fit it in and feel like you won't be too tired going into the last sets then go for it. I like that split it looks like it would be ideal fir your work rota. What excercises, sets, reps would you do?

    I start with delts

4 sets 8-15 reps each set
    Dumbell press
    Seated millitary press
    Side lateral raises
    Rear delt flys
    Shrugs

    Superset Bi's and Tri's
4 sets each exercise 8-15 reps
    Alternate dumbell curls
    Tri pushdowns
    Barbell curls
    Skull crushers
    Concentration curls
    Close grip bench

Trained this way the other day, It was deffinetly more of a workout but Im sleeping and eating more to compensate. I really didnt feel overworked.
