    New PR

    Just cranked out 315x14 on conventional deads, was pretty happy. Last time I did deads was 315x12 so, improved
    Nothin beats a good dead lift session!

    Why are you doing high reps on deads? IMO, should be kept under 8 reps. I stay 5 or less

    I agree with lower than 14 maybe not 5 but I know you are a power lifter, I think 8 would suffice and keep adding weight not reps just my opinion OP

    Ya I do them heavy also, just felt like seeing how many times I could do 3 plates.
    Winded me by the end of it, I like to alternate higher/lower reps here and there, just kinda my thing

    For growth I agree, but when I'm cutting I do deads for cardio. 10 X 10 at 275 with a :45 rest between sets.

    Impressive numbers. Congrats. Just be careful doing that many reps on DLs. Sometimes the form will get sloppy and that's when injuries happen.
