I have chest routine that makes my pecs feel like they are going to tear out of my chest for two days in a row. I would post it but I have never ran a cycle.

Drop the bar and use dumbbells for all your chest lifts. 2 warmups and 1 failure at 4 to 5 reps.

I start with incline db, then do an incline machine, then flat dumbbell, then flat flys. then cable flys, then decline bench w bar.

Curious, why do you do incline twice?

This is what I do and pretty much all you need...

    DB Flat
    DB Incline
    DB Flys
    Dips - weighted if possible

That's it. You can throw in some pushups in there too.

I do em twice just because I feel like they need to be worked harder, especially when I'm "on"

You should stop doing that. On or off cycle, your routine doesnt need to change. You just lift heavier when on, and sometimes flip/flop your routines/days. But stick to basics.

Do you feel your upper chest is lacking?

What aas are you running? And did you already start. I have a nice routine that i hit 135lb dumbbell flat press all natural for 3 last summer in my prime . Needless to say my chest was stacked as hell... But i wouldnt recommed it on just test alone because of the collagen reduction.

I tend to do bench, incline, and decline one week, then the same but with dumbbells the next. I don't add a ton of flys, just good form strong pressing exercises. I find my chest grows and size and strength quickly doing this.

For me, nothing works Pecs like cable cross overs: Bottom - Mid - Top.

Three sets of 10 for each.

    Seems like everything gets hit.

Plus, they're fun and look awesome in a mirror

I've done it because I can get a muscle group in twice a week. Chest tris, back bis, legs shoulders , repeat. The aas shortens recovery time needed might as well hit it twice? Off cycle no way can I do that.

I agree. Shouldn't you train just as hard on as you do off. AAS help you recover faster and help you achieve goals faster.
