    Burned calories

    Are these information true :
less cardio for 40 mins = 450 cals burned
hiit cardio for 20 mins = 600 cals burned
lifting for 75 mins = 1300 cals burned

I think it's all relative to your body, age, what kind of shape you're in and your intensity of work. Most of the people I see hitting the weights for 75mins are doing far more talking than lifting

As above, it's all stat dependent and obviously 'effort' dependent....

However I would say that they are all incorrect at a guess.... Relevant to each other they are incorrect....

what do you think is a closer estimate, Base?

    i was thinking

    steady state moderate cardio 40min : 400cal
    HIIT 40min : 500cal.
weight training... not sure. too variable.

Yea as above is more accurate, as far as weight training calories burned that is based entirely on how hard your training and what your doing... 20 rep squats and high weight deadlifting etc. is going to burn a hell of a lot more calories versus benching and upper body exercises.

I would estimate the average 60 minute weight session to burn around 300-400 calories give or take. No where near 1300 unless you are squatting and deadlifting the whole session with short rest periods.

LISS - 40 mins at a good pace maybe 400 cals so about correct....

HIIT - 20 mins with good intensity maybe 250-350 cals....

The variables for weight training are just too much to be able to give anything at all realistic..... But if I had to hazard a guess I'd say maybe similar to LISS for the same duration.... So 400 cals for 40 mins.... But thats for a hard session....But really this just depends on so many things....
