help!!! this brah create a routine w/ limited equipment

this is my first post on this forum. i used alot of full body workouts when i first started lifting but now i find that i respond better to hitting two muscle groups per session. i am only going to have access to a barbell dumbells a bench with a preacher attachment and i also have a good lenght of surgical tubing i use alot to work up a good pump and really tear up the tissue

so im looking for all the opinions i can get on my 3 day split
    that looks like this:

    Chest / Tri's

    Legs / Bi's

    Back / Shoulders

i want some one whos experienced to help create a routine i can stick by because i always think im not giving myself the best workout for my body .......

Legs should have a day of their own. Put your biceps with Chest/Tri's.

    Even better split would be:

    Chest/Back
    Legs
    Shoulders/Arms

    Push/pull/legs

Plenty of db/bb only routines, search around.

I like this second split the best. Push pull day one. Legs have their own day. Small muscle group together. How are you working legs? Are you performing a lot of static reps? That would give you best growth. How are you working back? Are you performing pull ups? I find body weight exercises easiest thing to set up.
