So, I am looking into changing my routine in a few weeks. I am currently starting week 4 of test c and winny cycle. And for time purposes mostly I would like to switch from a 5 day routine to a 4 day. Its been awhile since ive done a 4 day split. Ive been on one body part a day for a while now. I like it because each major part gets a week rest before next training.

So heres a link to my log, which gives u a good look of what my current routine looks like. My 4 day split I will still be going to the gym 6-7 days a week but I will be increasing cardio a lot more, this is my reason for changing. Ill be doing this start of week 8 when I start the winny part of this cycle. And will be introducing low carb diet to this.

Ill be honest haven't done much research on 4 day splits but feel good enough with knowledge that I have purposed a split. But my issue would be the excersises preformed for each day. I might just copy exactlty dorians workout from blood n guts.

Monday: Cardio, since gym is a mad house. Even for trying to do legs
Tuesday: legs & abs
Wednesday Chest/bis
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Back
Saturday Shoulders/tris
Sunday:cardio

I guess since I basically taking it straight from blood n guts I know its a good routine. But was hoping maybe for new ideas or any comments on if this routine would work for what im trying to do.
