Hello all, I'm going to start this new routine next week that my friend does and he says it works well. He isn't very big(190 lbs) but he is extremely strong. He benches 365, deadlifts 545 and i have no idea what his squat is. His routine is basically a variation of a normal strength routine. Usually with strength routines you do compounds lifts 3 times a week but he divided his workout into two days instead of one. I've been on a cutting routine and diet for a while now and ended up losing ALOT of strength. I'm going to tweak my diet now to fit my new routine. Here's his routine that i will be trying.

Monday: Chest/Shoulders/Tris
Bench 5x5
Shoulder Press 5x5
Incline Dumbbell 2x10
Flyes 2x10
Side Shoulder Raises 3x10
Shrugs 3x10
Skull Crushers 3x10
Crunches 2x25 (with weight)

Wednesday: Back/Legs/Biceps
Squats 5x5
Deadlifts 5x5
Leg Press 3x10
Bent Over Rows 2x10
Wide Grip Pull Downs 2x10
Dumbbell Curls 2x10
Calve Raises 3x20

Friday: Repeat Monday's Workout.

The following week i will (or sunday) i will repeat wednesday's workout. I want to hear some opinions on this workout routine. So far this is my exact routine that i will be doing with maybe a few critiques depending on the feedback i get.

I will be keeping a log of my progress on this thread. Here is my current stats:
Height: 6'3
Weight 195
Bf: 8%
Bench: 255 lbs
Deadlift: 385 lbs
Squat: 315 lbs
Shoulder Press: 185 lbs
