gym twice in one day ?
so today i missed legs down to it being to hot and gym has no air con so tomoroe is chest & tricep which takes me an hour so does my leg session so am i okay to do this. train legs at 10:30am come home chill, eat etc and then go back to the gym around 6 and train chest and tricep ?? im on test and deca at the moment so that will help with recovery. that okay to do ?

when ever i miss a day, i just do it the next day, then that body part i do the next day, basically i just move everything +1 day..

The only reason is fatigue. Just as you stay away from the same body part why not.
However if you are lifting for mass and you want to have all your energy ready to do that on any body part why would you pre-fatigue your body (energy source) and come in weaker because you've been in the gym already. It's a matter of choice. But you will always be better with a new day after rest. ...crazy mike
