Could anyone take a look at my routine/progress? (2 yr natty bodybuilding experience)
Hey everyone, I would really appreciate it if some of the vets could critique my workout routine and comment on my progress. This bulk I really want to work on bringing my tri's up, so if you could take a close work at the tri portion of my routine I'd really appreciate that too. I'm sure you'll notice my legs routine is very short and oddly designed, that's because I'm currently battling a knee injury.
Please let me know your thoughts on my progress and my routine (bearing in mind I'd really like to bring my tris up more this bulk). I'm planning on bulking to 200 lbs then cutting to 175-180
Stats:
Age: 20
Lifting Experience: 2 years
Height: 5'11"
Starting weight from 2 years ago: 125 lbs
Current weight: 179lbs
Status: Natural (obviously from pics)
Before Starting Lifting and After cut 1 at ~14 bf(w/pump) 175lbs:

Calves: 14.5 inches
Chest: 40 inches (measured across nipples with no chest/lat flex)

Nice gains dude..that's a lot of arm work both direct and indirect tho! Your pretty much training your tris 6x a week! I personally wouldn't be able to make continuous progress with a routine like that.. I do 2 push days a week and see strength gains weekly
