Natty University Football Player NEEDS HELP FOR WORKOUTS. PLEASE READ

hey guys. so as mentioned above i'm a natty football player going for University ball next year. Trust me when i say that that is extremely rare.
my current stats are 182 6'0 at 10% bf.

that being said i want to train 6-7x a week. my plan is to be around 190-195 lbs at 8% by next year (don't know if it's possible naturally but we'll see)

i need STRENGTH, EXPLOSIVE and CORE workouts. i'll also be doing sprinting drills 1-3x a week.

    so far i've got:
    squats
    power cleans
    deadlifts
    pulls ups
    dips
    rows

that's just about it. anything else?

please help me guys, i'm up against people that run as fast as me but weigh 25lbs over me, i need this.

    Thanks so much guys,

    p.s. on the nutrition side
i might need to modify my diet to accomodate.
currently 120g fat,200g protein, 200g carbs. should i change this? and if so to what?

    cheers

Hey Jeremy, I will leave this to people who know more than me with the diet issue and some of the power lifters will be able to help you more. I will advise you to stick around, don't change that dial (ha!) and ask more on the nutrition section. they will be able to greatly help you but take to heart what they ask of you and their advice.

Welcome aboard and good luck, hang in here. ..crazy mike

I would add more for your chest. Are you weight training 6-7 times a week? If so I would cut back and give yourself more rest. Your diet looks too lean to me for someone your height and activity level. I'd add 500 calories a day for a few weeks, then adjust further from there. Train as hard as you can, eat a solid diet, and have no regrets.
